COVID-19 Safety Measures

Each traveller’s decision on whether to travel or not is their own. We all know what is best for ourselves and what our personal priorities, health needs, and feeling about risk might be.

Please note that all of our tours that you can find on this website are as safe as possible within reasonable constraints. The safety of our travellers, as well as the safety of our tourist guides, partners, and local people involved in our tours, packages and holidays is our top priority. We all have to face the new challenges posed by coronavirus, and we do so by creating private tours and exclusive packages, and by implementing health and safety procedures in all our offer. That means that for your trip the following will be in place:

– your guide will wear a facemask and observe physical distancing
– your guide will always have a reserve supply of hand sanitizer and facemasks you can use throughout your tour in case you lose yours
– meals will be served to you and not provided as a buffet (including breakfast)
– drinks and snacks will be individual and not shared
– all support vehicles will be disinfected regularly through the day
– rooms and apartments will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised
– room keys/cards will be disinfected before being handed out to you

Please note that for the majority of the time the pleasure of immersive travel, exploring and hiking will not be compromised.

COVID-19 Booking Conditions

While these times might feel a little unprecedented and uncertain, we are working hard to minimise the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on your travel plans. Thus, with our updated booking conditions for 2021, we would like to offer you the confidence and the flexibility we all need now more than ever.

At the time of booking, we ask you to pay the deposit which is 20% of the quoted price, but now the deposit is fully refundable.
The balance due should be made at least 60 days prior to the date of your sheduled tour, package or holiday, unless you are making a late booking.

Every tour can be cancelled for a full, immediate refund up to 15 days before the tour date.
Every package can be cancelled for a full, immediate refund up to 30 days before the date of departure.
Every holiday can be cancelled for a full, immediate refund up to 46 days before the date of departure.
Should you wish to cancel, you may do so by writing to us.
Timing is calculated in accordance with the Central European Time Zone (Croatia Time).

If you (or a member of your booking party) are diagnosed with COVID-19 or are required to self-isolate, and are unable to travel, don’t worry, stay home, and please take care. We’ll waive our cancellation fees, and you’ll receive a full, immediate refund.
Should you wish to cancel as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may do so by writing to us. Please provide us with the appropriate written official evidence of the coronavirus diagnosis or of the COVID-19 test result.
